Refund policy

All sales are final. Since each wreath is handmade to order, what you order is what you get — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing, or change of mind.

In the rarest situations (such as an item arriving damaged), you must email us at hawaiiwreaths@outlook.com within 24 hours of your order arriving with photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
